• 2020 Announcement

Wow hasn’t our world changed in just a few short weeks. Closings, cutbacks, and stay at home orders have made for changing dynamics within families and communities. Here at the Lavender Lane we have been changing for quite some time. Since the loss of much of our lavender in 2018 we have been challenged to “strengthen what remains”. We have been cutting back, reorganizing and restructuring in an effort to steward our property and continue building goodwill within our community. We even took a bit of a Sabbatical over the past six months, visiting botanical gardens and old friends just to give ourselves time to think, pray, and ponder how to go forward. It was a much-needed respite. What we discovered is it has truly been a blessing opening our lavender farm to all of you over the past 10 years as a place to relax, connect with nature, and experience a bit of peace in a stressful world.

Now it seems, the Lord is doing a new thing. Due to the current virus situation, we will not be able to provide onsite shopping and tours this year although, to stay connected with you all and help supply your needs, we are offering a limited supply of our most popular items on our new online store. Along with that we are making available free onsite pick up here at the farm for any purchase amount or free delivery within a ten mile radius of us with a minimum purchase of twenty dollars. You can access items for sale in our “shop” on the menu tab.

In the days ahead we will endeavor to keep you posted on things of interest and please contact us with any questions you might have.

  • Lavender Field Forever!

We wait all year for this lavender bloom time and sadly it doesn't last very long. The lavender is blooming now and we have been busy cutting, bundling, hanging, drying, and distilling. The air is heavy with the scent of heavenly lavender. The weather is fantastic this year, as opposed to last years rainy June, the lavender loves hot sunny days and the bees and butterflies are lovin' it too! So bring yourself a picnic lunch, sit in the peaceful field of flowers and grasses listening to the birds and bees meditating on the goodness of God, then take home a fresh cut bundle of lavender to remember your sweet summer day. at The Lavender Lane.
